edible cheesecake
Ahh.. i tried my first attempt at making cheesecake today.. i got this recipe frm a fren for very long le.. but hafen tried making it.. today finally bored enuff to go make..
Here goes the recipe~Base
16 - 18 pieces of Digestive biscuits
125g butter
Cake140/150g sugar
250g cream cheese
100ml water
1 sachet gelatine/ 1 ¾ table spoon gelatine
1 tin Nestle cream
(see u wanna put any fruits on top or not)
Method1. Let butter and cream cheese sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to soften.
2. Crush Digestive biscuits and mix them well with butter. Spread the mixture on a 18.5cm diameter aluminum tray and press hard to form a base. Put base in the fridge.
3. Mix sugar with cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
4. Boil water, add gelatine and turn heat down. Keep stirring on low heat until gelatine dissolves. When mixture boils, add sugar and cream cheese mixture and stir over low flame. Add cream and keep stirring until mixture boils.
5. Pour mixture onto chilled biscuit base in tray. Chill cheesecake until set and garnish the edges with whatever fruits before serving, if you so wished…
Here goes the end product~
Ha dunno y look abit weird likdat.. but then after cutting it looks ok.. lik this... 
Hmm.. its abit too cheesy la but taste quite ok.. like cheesecake.. dunno how to make the type of cheesecake i like.. haha.. but nvm.. shall try out some other recipes nxt time.. anyone has recipes to share?
All in A Day's Work
Ever had the problem of staring into a messy box of earrings n dunno wat are the choices u have?
Ahh~~ All thanks to my smart brain.. An idea pop into my mind yday.. Wasn't exactly staring into the box of messy earrings when i tot of it though..
The first idea was sth likdat...
Make holes on a rectangular board n put earrings on it.. But however, if the board is to be made of wood.. I dun hav driller to make holes on them.. If its paper, it wun last.. So needs more tinking...
Then tada~.. Shijia made a suggestion of using cross stitch cloth.. So problem solved! Just need to make a frame to make sure the cloth stays in the rectangular shape.. haha.. Wanted to find wood strips for dat.. but then the shop selling the wood closed le.. sad.. Then smart me tot of using styrofoam.. wahaha..
With the materials gathered.. I started to make the frame.. n cut the cloth.. haha.. then another problem came.. dunno how to put the cloth on the styrofoam frame.. Arghh
But well.. smart me always has some smart ideas.. haha.. Tried using pins and stapler but then the pins n the stapler dun stay.. N guess wat i used! See the pic below for the answer ba..

After hanging up all my earrings ah.. the board looks almost full le.. Guess i need to make another one tml... Ha.. Can easily count how many pairs i have too.. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, .... Wow.. got 15! Ha.. got another two spoilt ones need repairing which are not up here.. Din know i got so many earrings...

Ice Skating!
Ha.. i hafen blog for quite a few days le..
Today went ice skating wif liyun, liwen and jiakai... Four ppl free to turn up onli.. but nonetheless its fun! Onli liyun n me knows how to skate.. sooo.. we bullied jiakai! haha.. so fun... =P *Oops*
I hafen go skate for quite a long time le.. cant remember when was the last time.. Skated 4 hrs today.. ankles are realli suan.. =( but good dat its fun la.. I fell down once though.. ha..
got some pictures here.. hehe.. Oh the train formation was especially fun.. Coz liyun drags us ard realli fast! 辛苦你了!
