Mizuno Wave Run 2009
Woke up early today to go Mizuno Wave Run.. 16km..The logistics were pretty disappointing.. Not much roads blocked off.. Squeezy pavements.. Lack of cups & water.. *Have to buy my own from petrol kiosk.. First time I din drink anything from the water stations thru-out..
Anyway.. time to train more.. I din manage to run all the way.. where did my stamina go? =(
Hope I wun be the one dragging the ppl down during Nepal trip.. Hmm.. It's coming in 1.5 mths' time~ yay~
Time to start preparing trip necessities too.. $$$.. Lucky managed to borrow some expensive items oreadi.. So no need to buy so many things =)
