Day 2 - 11 Apr 08

Woke up early in the morning, tink 7am. After eating hotel provided buffet breakfast, we head to Kenting by taking the Kenting Express Bus. Cost us NT$298 and 2.5hrs.

Told the driver we wanted to alight at the Visitor Center but think miscommunicated and he dropped us somewhere else. Walked ard abit to find out where we are and then decided to rent a bike to cycle ard the place, coz its simply too far to do it by foot. Halfway we were disturbed by a pesky taxi driver, who insisted to drive us to a bike shop foc. Think he has commission to earn by recommending customers. Too bad no scooter license n the motor-powered bicycle cant last long coz battery will run out. Hence no choice but to take the manual powered bike.

Stopped by some beach to feel the sand and do some graffiti. Oh n they dun have much sandy beaches there. Majority of the beaches are covered by sharp dead corals and we dun dare to venture in too much.
One sandy beach was even fenced off to protect the beach!

Our first lunch was *tada*.. the 7-eleven meal, due to lack of choice of food.
Cycle cycle n cycle and we reached Eluanbi Lighthouse and we strolled n nuahed ard the vicinity as well. This portion need to pay entrance fee one.
After the Eluanbi, its already approaching evening, hence we cycle back. More tiring to cycle back as its mostly upwards sloping.
Reached the bike shop at ard 5pm. After some bargaining, we got a deal to drop by Maobitou before heading back to Kaoshiung via cab. BUT.. was abit unpleasant as we din get wat we bargained for. Our 'cab' was a mini-bus who kept trying to pick up more revenue along the way!

Visited Liuhe nite market after we reached Kaoshiung, ate some food before heading back to hotel.
